I grew up in Montego Bay Jamaica with my mother and siblings. I was the second to last child. My mother was the sole support of my family. I learned how to be a confident adult by watching my mother over the years. Growing up as a teenager I knew what my purpose was. I knew that I wanted to help others, hence the decision to start the Confident Woman Coach. I wanted to teach other women the importance of being confident.
I remember working several 9 to 5 jobs where my supervisor would push me around. There was an open position in the office and I was told that I cannot apply because I was not qualified. My supervisor told me that another member of the team applied and she would be my supervisor. Since I was the one who had trained that team member, I decided that it was time for me to get qualified. Shortly after that I left to study in the USA and the rest is history.
I am now the proud owner of:
Honors Health Studies Degree, York University,
Certificate in Management, York University,
Diploma in Addiction and Community Service, Everest College
Accounting and Finance Associate Degree, Kingsborough Community College
